When should we book?
As soon as you know your date. Most couples book 6–12 months ahead, but reach out anytime and I'll check availability.
Is it really just the day of?
Not at all. I start working with you 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding, so I know every detail by heart when the day arrives.
Our venue has a coordinator. Do we still need you?
Venue coordinators look after the venue: the space, staff, and policies. I look after you: your timeline, vendors, wedding party, and every personal detail.
Do you travel?
Yes. I coordinate local weddings as well as destination celebrations in the NC Mountains and the Dominican Republic. Travel fees may apply.
How do payments work?
A retainer secures your date, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding.
